1. Group Class Enrollment:
a. All group classes must be paid for in advance to secure your enrollment.
b. Each group class package is designated for a specific month, and classes must be attended within that timeframe.
c. Unused classes from a package cannot be rolled over to the following month.

2. Payment:
a. Payment for group class packages must be made through the designated payment methods provided by the Company.
b. Prices for group class packages are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Refund Policy:
a. Borinsura Dance Movement does not offer refunds for group class packages.
b. In case of an emergency situation or extenuating circumstances, please contact us at info@amnerismartinezonline.com to discuss possible options.

4. Cancellation Policy:
a. Subscribers have the option to cancel their subscriptions through their profile on the Borinsura  website.
b. To cancel, subscribers must log in to their profile and follow the cancellation instructions provided.
c. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
d. In the event of any issues with the payment system (Stripe) preventing cancellation, subscribers are required to communicate this immediately to the email address: info@amnerismartinezonline.com.
e. Failure to notify us of payment system troubles may result in the subscription not being cancelled, and the subscriber may be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
f. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure timely communication regarding any payment system issues.
g. Borinsura Dance Movement is not responsible for subscriptions that are not cancelled due to failure to communicate payment system troubles.

5. Class Participation:
a. Attendees must arrive on time for their scheduled group classes.
b. Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected from all participants during classes.
c. Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the class without refund.

6. Communication:
a. For any inquiries, clarifications, or assistance regarding group classes or subscriptions, please contact us at info@amnerismartinezonline.com.
b. We strive to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Modifications:
a. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to subscribers via email or through our website.
